Each plan is intended for a specific type or size of WordPress website.

Our Essential plan is designed for business (brochure) sites without E-Commerce capabilities.

Our Enhanced and Extreme plans are geared towards E-Commerce sites, including sites that sell digital courses via a Learning Management System (LMS).

Our Essential plan is designed for business (brochure) sites, so E-Commerce sites are not eligible for this plan.

Our Enhanced and Extreme plans are configured to handle specific maintenance requirements for E-Commerce sites, including hourly backups (Enhanced), realtime backups (Extreme), and product management.

Our maintenance plans include tasks that are performed hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly. These tasks include preventative measures to protect your site from being hacked or infected with malware, and backed up offsite to ensure we can restore your site from a recent working backup, if any issue causes it to go down.

For these reasons, we don't offer ad hoc WordPress maintenance. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

We then must perform an initial audit of the website to ensure we are familiar with how the site was built and what if any factors need to be considered.

One the audit is completed, you will receive the audit report with any issues that need to be resolved.

With your consent, our team will then work with you to resolve any issues prior to migrating your site to our web hosting platform, and configure your maintenance.

Our Essential plan includes scheduled offsite backups on a daily basis. A full backup of the site is performed every 24 hours.

Our Enhanced plan provides hourly backups, which is adequate for smaller, less frequented E-Commerce sites, to ensure you can restore your site with very low risk of data loss.

Our Extreme plan dials it up a few notches, with realtime backups. Every new order generated on your site triggers an offsite backup. This is ideal for E-Commerce sites with a high frequency of orders.

We keep 90 days of historical backups, giving you peace of mind.

Your WordPress site will be built using a theme and an ecosystem of plugins. Developers of this software release both major and minor updates, introducing new features, removing deprecated functions, improving code, fixing bugs, and improving the software's security. However, as with any software, these need to be updated with caution, as new releases can sometimes introduce unforeseen bugs, security issues, or conflicts with other software. Developers are typically quick to resolve these issues, and release a minor update or patch.

Keeping updates on a weekly schedule allows time for such minor updates and patches to come in, and minimize the chances of your site being affected or breaking during an update.

We also perform updates in a 'sandbox'. This allows us to test for any visual regression during the update process. We also run backups prior to updating in case any breakages to the site occur, and we can roll back the updates if needed.

Our Enhanced plan includes product management for up to 100 products, and our Extreme plan increases this limit to 500 products.

Product management includes creating, editing, and removing products from your E-Commerce store.

We can edit the product images, descriptions, pricing, SKUs, inventory, shipping, and tax settings for your products, as long as you supply the changes to us.

1 product equals 1 SKU, so if you have a variable product with 5 variations/SKUs, these are considered to be 5 products.

The reason we have created these full website solutions is to prevent your site from being hacked or infected, or from going offline in the first place. We implement measures both on the host server as well as within your website installation to prevent such instances from occurring in the first place.

Still, no solution is 100% bulletproof, which is why we designed our solutions with both security features as well as redundancies.

Your site will be hosted on servers protected by a Web Application Firewall (WAF) which prevent hackers from even penetrating the files on the server in the first place.

A daily malware scan is performed both on the server. If the scan identifies any malware, it is either automatically or manually removed.

We also run daily automatic backups of the site on the server as well as offsite. This ensures that if the cause of your site going offline is server-related, we can safely restore the website from an offsite backup once the server issue has been resolved. This is a redundancy we build into our solution in case the server data was compromised before going offline.

We run weekly updates to your website's theme and plugins, and WordPress core updates. Why weekly and not daily? The culprit of website going down is often a problematic update to a theme or plugin. Developers will update their themes and plugins both to add new features as well as to fix bugs, and they may also release an update to resolve identified security issues. By waiting several days before performing the update, we allow developers to release any patches to bugs that were released with the update. In any case, we also perform backups before every update, in case something goes wrong with an update.

Finally, it is important to note that basic security measures are often the most effective. Rather than using generic usernames and passwords for your website credentials, we will typically set up your website to require strong passwords and two factor authentication for website administrators. We also 'harden' the website from typical methods hackers use to break into the site, such as disabling access to functions such as theme or file editing within WordPress.

Still, in the event that your website goes offline, our team will be notified within minutes of the incident. Our system monitors your site every 3 minutes to ensure it is online. If the monitor detects the site has gone offline, we will receive a phone call to acknowledge the incident, and our team will begin working on resolving the issue.

In most cases, websites can be restored to their online state within 10-15 minutes, and typically not more than one hour. The exception to this rule may be a server outage. While rare, server outages do occur causing thousands of websites to go offline, and the only solution in this situation is to wait for the server to be restored.

  • Troubleshooting a bug, functionality issues

If you require edits to content, we offer affordable content editing packages to choose from.

We offer 24/7 uptime monitoring, as well as 24/7 support for web hosting issues.

Other issues are  typically resolved within 24-48 hours.

You will be billed every month on the same date you subscribed to your plan. A receipt for your payment will also be emailed to you.

We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal. We don't store your credit card information and all payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal.

You can cancel any time, and we'll continue to provide the services included in your plan up to the end of the period which you have paid for. After that, we will remove all backups and any credentials you provided to us relating to your website.

Note that when you cancel your subscription, you will need to arrange your own website hosting beforehand, so that your site can be migrated prior to the end of your paid up period.
