A systemized, measurable conversion engine supporting seven-figure revenue growth and streamlined operations |
Urban Woodcraft outgrew a brochure website that relied on manual quotes and offered little visibility into performance. As the business shifted to an online-first hybrid model and began driving demand through paid media, email, and virtual showroom tours, the lack of eCommerce infrastructure limited growth. We designed a systemized platform that supports configurable products, quoting, pre-orders, and standard checkout, backed by integrated analytics and automation. The result is a measurable conversion engine powering a healthy seven-figure business, streamlined operations, and a lift in brand trust reflected in a Google Business Profile rating increase from 3.3 to 4.1.
Project Snapshot
Goals
Urban Woodcraft needed to evolve from a showroom-first business into an online-first hybrid model. The objective was to drive demand digitally, convert it efficiently, and reduce reliance on manual quoting and follow-ups without weakening the brand’s premium positioning.
Challenges
The existing brochure site could not support real eCommerce. Product discovery was limited, conversion paths were fragmented, and every transaction required human intervention. Complex products, custom sizing, pre-orders, and shipping rules made scalability difficult.
Discovery
Discovery showed that customers followed different buying paths depending on product type. Barn doors required configuration and quote flexibility, while furniture buyers expected a traditional cart experience. A single checkout flow could not support both behaviors effectively.
Solution
The solution was a systemized eCommerce framework that handled complexity behind the scenes. Purchase logic was separated by product category, supported by clearer navigation, intelligent search, and defined workflows for configuration, quoting, pre-orders, and checkout.
Implementation
WooCommerce was extended with configurable add-ons, request-a-quote flows, pre-order functionality, and custom shipping logic. Structured product templates and search were paired with integrations across CRM, Klaviyo, Google Merchant Center, and Meta platforms.
Outcomes
The website now operates as a scalable, measurable conversion engine. Manual workflows were replaced with systems, performance became trackable, and the business supports seven-figure annual revenue while delivering a clearer, more confident buying experience.
