Your website can take between 60-90 days to complete from the time you purchase your plan. Typically, you can expect the website to be completed within 45 days. One of the biggest factors affecting turnaround time is content - which you supply. To expedite the completion of your website, we recommend having your content (copy, images, video, logo, etc.) ready within 2 weeks of the brainstorming session. The design work can be completed while you gather content, starting with a wireframe for each website page. The more prepared you are early on in the project, the sooner the website can be completed and working for you.

Additionally, we manage product adds, edits, and deletions for up to 100 products. This includes editing product images, descriptions, and prices.

We also manage crucial tasks such as Google Search Console fixes to ensure your site rankings are not affected in Google search. What's more, whenever an order is generated on your site, a realtime offsite backup of the site is taken so that we can quickly restore your site with little or no data loss in the event it experiences technical difficulties or downtime.

Our Ignite plan is designed for E-Commerce websites with up to 500 products, and offers everything in the Launch and Grow plans, as well as a unified, cookieless analytics solution and dashboard that helps you make sense of your website visitors' engagement.  

At some stage, your business goals and needs may evolve, at which point you may want to either switch plans or talk to us about a custom solution.

If you need us to design more than 20 pages for your site, you can purchase our Web Design Pages Add-on and select the quantity of pages you need. Each additional page costs $150.

The reason we have created these full website solutions is to prevent your site from being hacked or infected, or from going offline in the first place. We implement measures both on the host server as well as within your website installation to prevent such instances from occurring in the first place.

Still, no solution is 100% bulletproof, which is why we designed our solutions with both security features as well as redundancies.

Your site will be hosted on servers protected by a Web Application Firewall (WAF) which prevent hackers from even penetrating the files on the server in the first place.

A daily malware scan is performed both on the server. If the scan identifies any malware, it is either automatically or manually removed.

We also run daily automatic backups of the site on the server as well as offsite. This ensures that if the cause of your site going offline is server-related, we can safely restore the website from an offsite backup once the server issue has been resolved. This is a redundancy we build into our solution in case the server data was compromised before going offline.

We run weekly updates to your website's theme and plugins, and WordPress core updates. Why weekly and not daily? The culprit of website going down is often a problematic update to a theme or plugin. Developers will update their themes and plugins both to add new features as well as to fix bugs, and they may also release an update to resolve identified security issues. By waiting several days before performing the update, we allow developers to release any patches to bugs that were released with the update. In any case, we also perform backups before every update, in case something goes wrong with an update.

Finally, it is important to note that basic security measures are often the most effective. Rather than using generic usernames and passwords for your website credentials, we will typically set up your website to require strong passwords and two factor authentication for website administrators. We also 'harden' the website from typical methods hackers use to break into the site, such as disabling access to functions such as theme or file editing within WordPress.

Still, in the event that your website goes offline, our team will be notified within minutes of the incident. Our system monitors your site every 3 minutes to ensure it is online. If the monitor detects the site has gone offline, we will receive a phone call to acknowledge the incident, and our team will begin working on resolving the issue.

In most cases, websites can be restored to their online state within 10-15 minutes, and typically not more than one hour. The exception to this rule may be a server outage. While rare, server outages do occur causing thousands of websites to go offline, and the only solution in this situation is to wait for the server to be restored.

Other issues are  typically resolved within 24-48 hours.

You will be billed every month on the same date you subscribed to your plan. A receipt for your payment will also be emailed to you.

We then must perform an initial audit of the website to ensure we are familiar with how the site was built and what if any factors need to be considered.

One the audit is completed, you will receive the audit report with any issues that need to be resolved.
